Subway Rewards Card Campaign Sees Huge Results in Cincinnati Market
The Arnold Agency’s launch of the Subway Rewards Program and associated promotional materials in the Cincinnati market has seen phenomenal results. The Subway Rewards Program provides customers with a Rewards Card that allows them to earn points that can later be cashed in for Subway items (i.e. cookies, chips, etc.). Over 232,860 cards have been registered, with over 20% of those cards transacted each week.
According to recent analytics, when Subway stores were ranked according to Rewards Cards transactions, the top 20% of stores were seeing a 14% increase when compared to store sales one year ago. Analytics also show that customers with Rewards Cards typically have larger average purchases than those who do not participate in the Rewards Card program. Materials developed by The Arnold Agency promoting the Rewards Card program were featured on radio and in-store promotions, which contributed greatly to the success of this program in the Cincinnati market.
